Buying tiles from us
Good to know
- Supply and fit: buy your tiles with your fitting and we deliver them with the job, checked for batch and shade before a single tile goes on.
- Delivery or collection: collection is free; delivery prices are shown at checkout. Tiles arrive on a pallet or in boxes, so please check every box before signing.
- Extra for cuts: we add 10% (15% for herringbone and diagonal). Keep a few spares for future repairs.
- Returns: as an online customer you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Full, unopened boxes can be returned in their original condition; tiles cut or ordered specially for you can't. [AR Tiling: confirm returns address and who pays return delivery]

Where our prices come from
Real 2026 prices
Each tile has three qualities. The Value and Premium prices are the lowest and highest prices we found for that type of tile at UK tile shops in October 2026, including VAT; Standard sits between them. Prices change and sales are common, so your order is confirmed at the price shown on your payment link.
